According to this Digital Health ID Card Yojana. The person who wants to participate in the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission has to create their IDs in the ABDM portal.
Then a Digital Health ID Card containing a 14 digit number is issued in favor of the person applying for the Digital Health ID Card Yojana.
A unique ID card is generated for each person under this Digital Health ID Card, Yojana.
This Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission also ensures the safety and security of the private data under the health IDs of the citizens. And the stored data is not shared with anyone without the person’s consent with the participating health providers.

The person who wants to register for this Digital Health Card Yojana must maintain the following documents within him while registration.
In the registration process the Aadhar card is very much mandatory for unique identification and for identity verification purposes.
If a person wants to register himself for this Digital Health Card Yojana to apply for this scheme follow the steps given below-
Step 1- firstly the person needs to open the website portal of NDHM i.e. www.ndhm.gov.in
Step 2- then the person needs to click on the ‘Create your health Id card Now’ option on the www.healthid.ndhm.gov.in
Step 3- then you will be given two options for the registration either by Mobile Number or by Aadhar Card.
Step 4- Now you will be asked to enter the details of your Aadhar Card.
Step 5- An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 6- Now the person will be asked to create a username for the Health ID Card once its done
Step 7- You have been asked to complete a few more formalities such as identification proof etc.
Step 8-once it’s done your digital Health Card is generated.

Step 2. Select your preferred language and click on the register now button.

Step 9- Create a Password for your Digital Health Card.
Step 10 – Log in using valid credentials.
This unique health card Yojana is very much beneficial for the citizens of our country during the Covid time.
